We're more than aware that money doesn't grow on trees that is why we want to be clear with you about our pricing.
We believe that the start of any customer relationship begins with honesty. On this page are details of how we charge our customers for various Renewable Energy, Heating and Plumbing work.
On top of this we want to make paying for our services as flexible as possible.
We have invested further in the business to make Finance options available through our partners at Improveasy Limited and we have also paired with iZettle to be able to take Debit and Credit Card payments.
We also still accept cash and cheque payments so whatever your preferred method of payment, we have it covered
How we Charge
We keep it simple so that it can be clearly understood.
Repairs & Maintenance
Charged by the hour and no call out fees. (1st Hour is 1.5 times the standard hourly rate and then per half hour thereafter)
Installs & Quoted Works
Free consultation and survey. Our price for the work is sent separately and we aim to have this with you in 2 business days following survey.
Charged per appliance. Discounts offered for multiple appliances in one dwelling and/or multiple dwellings
